◦ Duty deployment, Joining, Relieving and replacement can done through both districthr portal and mkarmik mobile app.
◦ User can join using mkarmik mobile app, see his/her basic details, previous duties.
◦ Magistrates and police personnel can directly reach out to administration, senior police officers and control room thorugh contact details available in mobile app.Now App Comes into Picture ◦ User can be logged into the system if he is a registered official in web portal.
◦ User can see various options after login through mobile app i.e.
Profile, Duty, Contact Us, Report, Help, FAQ.
◦ In Profile- User can see his/her personal data only ◦ In Duty- User can see three Tabs there viz Joining, Relieving, Previous Duty ◦ In Joining- User can send his/her joining status by clicking on joining tab.
He/see can see his/her joining status.
◦ In Previous Duty- User can see his/her previous duties.
◦ In Contact- User can see three tabs Circle Officers, Police Officers, Sub-divisional Officers can contact administration and police in emergency.
◦ In Circle Officers- User can see circle officers details.
◦ In Police Officers- User can see Police officers details.
◦ In Sub-divisional Officers- User can see Sub-divisional officers details.Now in Web App ◦ Duty information updated in mobile app is auto updates in web portal.Highlighted Feature of this app is : ◦ User Joining information is updated using this app.Where this system can be Used • This System can be used in any department where duty deployment is required in daily or certain time interval basis.
• Any department want to reuse or use the Existing data available with this system needs approval from concerned user.This system can used to allocate duty of personnel like Officers/Employees, Sub-division/Block/Circle, Law and order Cell, Police Personnel, Education department(Teachers) etc.
